How to generate current salary structure report of employees?

A salary structure defines the components of an employee’s pay and their respective values. It also plays a vital role in tax calculation and savings.

Manually checking each employee’s salary structure can be time-consuming, but Keka makes this easy with the Current Salary Structure Report.

Steps to Generate the Current Salary Structure Report

1. Go to Payroll → Reports → Salary Reports → Payroll Reports.

2. Click on Current Salary Structure under the Payroll Reports section.

   

3. Select:

   • Pay Group

   • Remuneration Type

   • Frequency

   • (Optional filters: Employment Status, Job Title, Department, Location, Cost Center, Business Unit)

4. Click Run.

   

5. A list of employees with their Current Salary Structures will appear.

6. Click the Download icon to export the report.
