How to show components marked as outside annual salary in the payslip?

Some components like employer's statutory contributions (PF, ESI, LWF) and allowances may be paid over and above an employee's monthly salary. While these components are part of the employee's CTC, they may not always be included in the gross salary. This feature allows admins to display such components in the employee’s payslip for better clarity.

Steps to Show Components Outside Annual Salary in the Payslip:

1. Go to Payroll ➔ Settings ➔ Pay Groups.

2. Select the desired Pay Group and click the Configure icon.

   

3. Go to Other Settings ➔ Payslip Settings, select Update Settings.

   

4. In the Update Payslip Settings window, check the option Include allowances and employer contributions outside annual salary in payslip.

   

5. Click Save to apply the changes.
