Keka’s Reports section in the Performance module is a central hub for insights into employee reviews, feedback, skills, goals, and more. It gives HR leaders and managers a complete picture of organisational performance, helping them make informed decisions.
Review Reports
Employee Reviews: Track individual employee performance across review cycles.
Employee Cancelled Reviews Report: View reviews that were started but later cancelled.
Employee Review Status Info Report: Check the status of reviews currently in progress.
Employee Review Rating Report: See detailed performance ratings for each employee.

Competencies, Core Values, and Job Functions Reports
