- Go to the Helpdesk module in the main left navigation panel.
- Click the settings tab. You will be landed on Ticket categories tab.
- Go to Canned Responses tab , and click Add response.
- Suggest a Response title, provide the Message.
- Select and link a category from the existing options. (Responses associated with the selected category will be prioritized and displayed at the top when responding to that ticket.)
- Click Create.
