- Go to the Org section from the left-hand menu and click on the Helpdesk tab at the top.
- In the Helpdesk module, open the Reports tab.
- click on All Tickets under the Reports Home or Recently Used section.
- Select the Date Range, Ticket Status, and Category, then click Run to generate the report.
- Once the report is generated, you can download it or schedule it for email delivery.
