To make your experience more user-friendly, we’ve relocated the help options to a more convenient spot on your dashboard. This change allows you to access various support features faster and more easily:
Chat with Our Support Agents
Whenever you need assistance, you can now start a chat session directly from your dashboard. The chat interface is designed to connect you quickly with our support agents for real-time help.
How to Access:
- On your dashboard, click on the "Chat" icon at the Top-right corner.
- You’ll be connected to a support agent to resolve your queries.

View Ticket Statuses at a Glance
You no longer need to search for your ticket status. The new placement ensures you can check updates on your open tickets effortlessly.
How to Access:
- On your dashboard, locate the "Support" section.
- Click on 'View Tickets' to be redirected to the Customer Portal, where you can log in with your Keka credentials to check your ticket statuses.

Access Our Knowledge Base
For instant answers, our knowledge base is now even easier to access. Find articles, guides, and FAQs to resolve common issues without needing to wait for agent assistance.
How to Access:
- On your dashboard, click the "Help" button and select "Knowledge Base."
- Search for relevant articles or browse through categories to find the information you need.
