- Go to Time Attend > Leave.
- You will be directed to the Leave Plans tab.
- Select the relevant Leave Plan.
- Choose the Leave Type under which you want to restrict employees on probation from applying for leave.
- Click on the three dots beside the leave type and select Update.
- In the Settings window, go to the Probation section.
- Click on Leave Application during Probation.
- Check the option "Minimum ____ days of leave is allowed during probation" and set the value to 0 to restrict leave during probation.
- If you want employees to apply for a certain number of days of leave during probation, enter the desired number in the blank field.
- Click Save changes to apply the changes.
This will restrict employees on probation from applying for leave, or allow a specified number of leave days if needed.
