To maintain consistency and ensure goal alignment across teams, Keka allows you to define minimum and maximum limits for the number of objectives (or goals) that can be assigned to employees.
This helps standardise expectations and prevents under- or over-assignment during performance planning.
Steps to set minimum and maximum goals for employees
Go to the Performance module.
Click on the Objectives/Goals tab (label may vary based on admin configuration).
Open the Settings tab.
Under Objective Settings, click Edit in the Advanced Objective Settings section.
Enter the minimum and maximum number of objectives/goals that can be assigned to an employee.
Click Save to apply the settings.
