Introduction
To streamline your communication during the hiring process, Keka Hire lets you create and save email templates. These templates can be reused whenever you need to send emails to candidates—saving time and ensuring consistency.
Create a New Template
Navigate to the Hire module from the left navigation menu.
Click Settings.
Under Notifications, select Email Templates.
Choose the relevant category for your template (e.g., Interview, Offer, Rejection).
Click the Create Template button.
A pop-up form will appear.
Fill in Template Details
Set the Visibility (who can use this template).
Enter the Template Name.
Add a Subject Line for the email.
Write the Email Content in the body field.
Click Create to save your new email template.
Your template will now be available in the selected category for use anytime you're sending emails from Keka Hire.
