How to download the Objectives rating report?

Once review forms have been submitted, performance admins often need to compile the objective ratings that managers have assigned to employees. Keka simplifies this by providing an easy-to-access Objective Rating Report.

Steps to download the Objectives rating report

1. Go to the Performance module.

2. Click on the Reports tab.

3. Under the Review Reports section, select Objective Rating Report.

   

4. Apply relevant filters—such as department, review cycle, or time period.

5. Click Run to generate the report.

6. Click the Download icon to save a copy in excel format to your system.

   

You’ll get a consolidated view of manager-assigned ratings for each employee’s objectives—ideal for analysis, record keeping, or further performance planning.
