How can an employee download the payslip?

A payslip, or a salary slip, is a monthly document employers issue to their employees. It provides a comprehensive breakdown of the employee's earnings and deductions for the specified period. It is a legal requirement for employers to issue payslips to their employees as evidence of salary payments made.

In Keka, once the employer releases the payslip, employees can access and download it from their profile for any month as a reference.

 Steps to Download the Payslips

1. Go to the My Finances section in your portal.
2. Open the My Pay tab.
3. In the Pay Slips section, you can view and download all monthly payslips released to you by your organization.

4. Click on the download icon near the Pay Slips heading.
