Introduction
It can be hard to remember every detail about a candidate or how they performed at each interview stage. That’s why Keka Hire allows you to add notes to candidate profiles—helping you capture key information, observations, and updates throughout the hiring process.
Navigate to My Candidates
Go to the Hire module in the left sidebar.
Click on Candidates.
Select the My Candidates tab.
Locate the candidate you want to update.
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to their name.
Select Add Note.
Enter Note Details
Type your note in the text field.
Optionally, add tags or attachments.
Choose who can view the note (e.g., all recruiters, specific roles).
Click Save to add the note to the candidate's profile.
