- Go to the Org section of the Keka portal and click on Exits, then open the Exit Process tab.
- Ensure that the employee’s exit request has been reviewed and is in the Exit in Progress phase.
- In the Exits in Progress section, click on the Manage button under the Actions column to open the side window with all pending tasks.
- Click on the Survey section and toggle the switch to Enable the Exit Survey Form. You will also see the date when the survey will be triggered to the employee.
- (Optional) Click on Preview Survey to view the form before enabling it.
That’s how you can enable the exit survey form for an employee.
