- When an employee resigns, an exit survey is triggered a set number of days before their last working day, based on the configuration defined in the Exit Survey settings page.
- If the last working day of the employee falls within the configured trigger period, the exit survey form will not be sent.
- For example, if the exit survey is set to trigger 10 days before the last working day, and an employee submits their resignation on April 5 with the last working day as April 8, the survey will not trigger since it falls within the 10-day window.
- This ensures that surveys are only sent when there’s enough time between the resignation date and the last working day for the system to trigger them properly.
