- Go to either the Under Review or Exits in Progress section based on the employee’s resignation status.
- If the resignation is newly submitted, you’ll find it under Under Review.
- If it’s already being processed, go to Exits in Progress.
- In the Under Review section, click on the Review or Complete Review button under the Actions column.
- In the Exits in Progress section, click on the Manage button for the respective employee.
- Once the exit summary window opens, click on the three-dot menu and select Edit Details.
- In the Edit Exit Details tab, click on the Calendar icon next to the exit date field.
- Select the new exit date and then click on the Save Changes button to update it.
