How to Download Full and Final Settlement Report?

Full and Final Settlement (FnF) refers to the calculation of dues and payables when an employee leaves the organization. Keka allows you to easily download the FnF settlement report for employees within a selected timeframe for record-keeping.

Steps to Download FnF Settlement Report

1. Go to: Payroll → Reports

   

2. On the Categories tab, scroll down to find Full and Final Settlement Reports

3. Select Employee Full and Final Settlement Report

   

4. In the next window:

   • Choose the relevant Paygroup (if you have multiple)

   • Select the Date Range for the report

   • Apply any additional filters if needed

   • Click Run to generate the report

5. Use the Download Icon to download the report
