How to find the PF admin charges report

The Provident Fund (PF) Admin Charges are fees levied by the Government of India on employers to cover the cost of maintaining employee PF accounts.
These charges are calculated as a percentage of the employee’s PF Basic and are known as the PF Admin Percentage.

Currently:

• EPF Admin Charges: 0.50%

• Minimum Fee: ₹75/month (for non-functional establishments)

• ₹500/month per establishment (for others)

Steps to View PF Admin Charges Report

1. Go to Payroll → Reports → Salary Reports.

   

2. Scroll down to PF Statutory Forms.

3. Click on PF Admin Charges Report.

   

4. In the window that opens, fill in the required fields:

   • Pay Group

   • Year

   • Month

   • PF Establishment ID

5. Click Run to generate the report.

6. Once generated, click the Download button to export the report in Text, Excel, or PDF format.
