The Provident Fund (PF) Admin Charges are fees levied by the Government of India on employers to cover the cost of maintaining employee PF accounts.
These charges are calculated as a percentage of the employee’s PF Basic and are known as the PF Admin Percentage.
Currently:
EPF Admin Charges: 0.50%
Minimum Fee: ₹75/month (for non-functional establishments)
₹500/month per establishment (for others)
Steps to View PF Admin Charges Report
Go to Payroll → Reports → Salary Reports.
Scroll down to PF Statutory Forms.
Click on PF Admin Charges Report.
In the window that opens, fill in the required fields:
Pay Group
Year
Month
PF Establishment ID
Click Run to generate the report.
Once generated, click the Download button to export the report in Text, Excel, or PDF format.
