- Go to Time Attend > Leave.
- Under Leave Plans, select the relevant Leave Plan.
- Find the Leave Type you want to prorate and click on the three dots next to View, then select update.
- In the new window, go to the Probation section and find Accrual for Probation.
- Enable the option "Prorate leave in the 1st month of joining based on".
- Choose one of the two options:
- Accrual from the date of joining, or
- Range of dates for leave accrual within a specific date range in the month.
- After making the necessary configurations, click Save Changes.
This will ensure that leave is prorated based on the employee's date of joining.
