A timeframe represents the specific duration within which an objective or goal is expected to be achieved. It can be defined as monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly, depending on your organisation’s requirements. In Keka, timeframes are automatically generated based on the review start year and the frequency of the review cycle. However, performance admins can also create custom timeframes to better align with organisational or departmental goals.
To add a custom timeframe in Keka:
Go to the Performance section from the left-hand menu.
Select the Goals tab and click on Settings at the top.
Under Time Frames, click Add Timeframe.
In the new window, provide the Timeframe Name, Start Date, and End Date.
Click Add to create the custom timeframe.
Once added, the new timeframe will appear under your active timeframes list and can be used for setting and tracking objectives.
This is how a performance admin can easily add a custom timeframe in Keka to ensure goal-setting aligns with organisational timelines. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact our support team.
