When an employee decides to resign or when an employee is terminated, it’s important to set up an approval chain for their exit. This ensures that the reporting manager and HR are notified and can take necessary actions for a smooth offboarding process.
New Navigation Steps to Set Up the Approval Chain:
Go to the Org section in Keka.
Select Exits.
Click on Exit Settings.
Under Resignation & Termination, click Edit.
Check the box for Resignation Review Required.
Choose the approval levels for the resignation process.
Add any necessary approval levels.
Click Save to finalize the setup.
Setting Up for Termination
You can follow the same steps for Termination, ensuring that the appropriate approval chain is set.
This process ensures the approval chain is in place for a smooth resignation or termination process.
