In any organization, assets may become unavailable due to damage, loss, or repair. Keka allows you to add custom reasons for asset unavailability and update the asset conditions to keep track of their status.
Steps to Add Unavailability Reasons
Go to the Org section from the left navigation pane.
Click on Assets and then go to Settings.
Under the Settings section, find the Unavailable Status tab.
Click on Add Reason.
Enter the Name of the reason for unavailability and provide a Description if needed.
Click Add to save the reason.
Steps to Update Asset Conditions
In the Settings section, find the Asset Condition tab.
Click on Add Condition.
Enter the Name of the condition (e.g., Fair, Good, Poor) and provide a Description if needed.
Click Add to update the asset condition.
