How can I perform salary revisions in bulk?

You can update salary revisions in bulk using:

Payroll → Payroll Admin → Operations → Import Salary with Effective Date

Download the Excel template, update the revised CTC and applicable effective date for each employee, and upload the file.

Expected Result

• August 2026: Revised salary is processed without arrears.
• September 2026: Only July 2026 arrears are processed, along with applicable PF and ESIC arrears.
• November 2026: Only June 2026 arrears are processed, along with applicable PF and ESIC arrears.

This workaround allows you to process pending salary revision arrears month-wise when specific-month arrear selection is not available.
