We’re excited to announce a new integration that brings AI-driven transcription, summaries, and action items to your 1:1 meetings held on Microsoft Teams. This feature enables automated documentation of meeting conversations, helping managers and employees stay aligned, save time, and avoid missing key points.
This feature is currently in alpha and will be made available to customers in phases.What’s New
With this update, you can now:
Auto-transcribe 1:1 meetings conducted via Microsoft Teams.
Generate AI-based meeting summaries and action items with one click.
Manually add summaries or action items for additional context.
View all transcripts under the Transcription tab in your meeting details.
What It Solves
Until now, capturing and managing 1:1 meeting discussions relied heavily on manual notes. This often led to incomplete records or forgotten tasks.
With AI-powered transcription, you can:
Ensure nothing discussed is missed.
Quickly generate summaries and actionable tasks.
Reduce time spent on post-meeting documentation.
Key Highlights
Teams-Only Integration: Works only when Microsoft Teams is selected as the meeting platform.
Automatic Transcription: Captures meeting content (requires the meeting to be recorded).
One-Click Summary & Actions: Auto-generates concise meeting summaries and to-dos.
Manual Edits: Add or modify action items and summaries as needed.
How It Works

Schedule a 1:1 Meeting under the Performance > 1:1 Meetings section.
Select Microsoft Teams as the meeting type.

Enable AI Summary & Action Items by checking the dedicated checkbox.

After the meeting is completed and recorded:
Go to My Meetings > Transcription tab.

Click Generate AI Summary & Action Items.

Optionally, add your own summaries or action items.
The meeting must be recorded for transcription to work. Summaries and action items can only be generated after the meeting is marked completed.
