Align Individual Goals to Parent Goals
Employees, managers, and admins can now link their goals directly to higher-level goals using the Alignment section.
Choose a parent goal from team, department, or organisation-level goals.

After adding and aligning goals, users can:
Set weightage for all goals within the timeframe.
Ensure the final sum equals 100%.

If your organisation uses goal approval workflows:
Aligned goals follow the approval process automatically
Admins can review, approve, or decline alignment requests
Getting Started with Goal Alignment
You can begin using Goal Alignment today in:
Me → Performance → Goals
My Team → Performance → Team Goals
Performance → Goals → Administration
For Employees: Align Your Goals
Go to My Goals: Navigate to Me > Performance > Goals.
Add a Goal: Click + Add Goals and fill in the goal details.
Link to Parent Goal: In the Alignment section, choose a relevant parent goal from the suggestions based on your team or organisation.
Publish: After setting the details, click Publish to save and make the goal visible.
For Managers: Align Team Goals
Go to Team Goals: Navigate to My Team > Performance > Team Goals.
Add Team Goals: Click + Add Goals, then link the team goal to a parent goal in the Alignment section.
Publish: Set weightage for the goal and click Publish to finalise the alignment.
For Admins: Manage Organisational Alignment
Access Admin Tab: Go to Performance > Goals > Administration.
Set Terminology: Define organisational goal settings under the Settings tab.
Align Goals: Link goals to parent goals for teams or the organisation.
Approve and Publish: Manage approval workflows (if enabled) and click Publish to finalise alignment.
