Keka lets you submit Work From Home (WFH), On Duty (OD), Partial Day, and Attendance Regularization requests directly from your portal. With real-time usage counters, you can now see how many instances you've used and how many remain—so you can plan better and avoid exceeding limits.
Note: These features will appear only if your organization has enabled them for your account.
1. Apply for WFH, OD, or Partial Day
Go to the Me tab from the left-hand menu.
Click on the Attendance sub-tab.
Under the Actions section, choose:
WFH (Work From Home)
OD (On Duty)
Partial Day
When the request window opens:
You'll see your allowed, used, and remaining balance for the selected option.
Add a note (optional).
Optionally notify your peers.
Click Request to submit.
2. Apply for Attendance Regularization
If you forgot to clock in/out or need to correct a day's log:
In the Attendance page, go to the Logs & Requests section.
Under Attendance Logs, find the date you want to regularize.
Click the three-dot menu next to the date.
Select Regularize.
In the Request Attendance Regularization window, you can:
Add or update time entries to fix attendance logs.
Or raise a request to exempt the day from penalization (if applicable).
You'll also see your available regularization balance. Once done, click Request to submit.
