With this release, notifications in Keka have become more visible and interactive. Here’s what’s new:
Notification Bell: A new bell icon appears on the top bar for quick access to all alerts.
Real-Time Alerts: Receive instant updates for new activities as they happen.
Notification Sound: A subtle sound plays with each new alert, ensuring you don’t miss important updates.
Mark as Read: You can organize notifications by marking them as read directly from the list.
Browser Prompt: On your first login, you’ll be prompted to enable or disable browser notifications.
How It Works
Here’s how the new real-time notification feature functions:
When you log in for the first time, Keka will prompt you to allow browser notifications.
Once enabled, new alerts appear instantly under the bell icon on the top bar.
Click the bell to open a dropdown showing all recent notifications.
You can mark notifications as read or view detailed updates from this dropdown.
This intuitive setup ensures you have full control over which alerts to view or clear.
