Salary changes—whether due to increments, promotions, or corrections—can be managed easily in Keka through a structured update process.
Go to: Org → Employees → Employee Directory
From the directory, select the employee whose salary you want to update
On the employee’s profile, go to the Finance tab
Under the Pay section, click Revise Salary
A new page will open—enter or update the required salary details
Save the changes
Once saved, the updated salary details are reflected in payroll and audit records automatically.
