You can easily update employee bank details in bulk using the import feature in Keka.
Steps
Go to: Payroll → Payroll Admin
In the Operations tab, click Import Financial Information under Payroll Imports
On the Import Financial Details page:
Select the appropriate Pay Group (if applicable)
Click Download Excel Template
Open the template and:
Update bank details for only the employees you’re modifying
Delete all other rows
Save the file
Back in Keka, click Upload Excel File
In the Match Columns step:
Ensure fields from Excel map correctly to Keka fields
Click Continue to preview the data
If any errors are shown:
Go back to the Excel file
Correct the errors
Re-upload the file
Once everything looks good, click Complete to finalize the update
The updated bank details will now be reflected on the Keka portal.
