Adding accurate financial details is essential for smooth payroll processing. In Keka, you can capture an employee’s bank details, PAN, UAN, and other statutory information under their profile. These details are securely stored and used to process salary, compliance filings, and reimbursements.
Steps to Update an Employee’s Salary Details:
Navigate to the Org tab.
Click on Employees.
Select Employee Directory.
From the list, choose the employee whose salary details need to be updated.
Once the employee's profile is open, go to the Finance tab.
The Summary section will open, where you'll find three boxes to update the employee’s financial details.
You can also bulk import the financial information of the employees.
Bulk Import-
1. Under payroll, navigate to Payroll Admin.
2. Scroll down to Payroll Import section.
3. Click on Import Financial Information.
4. On the new page, choose the Paygroup, download the excel sheet and fill in the relevant information.
5. Match the data in the second step and finally preview it.
