Keeping your hiring team informed at the right time can make or break your hiring momentum. In Keka, you can set up workflow automation to send alerts as soon as interview feedback is submitted. This helps hiring managers take timely action and stay aligned with the process.
This article shows you how to configure notifications so hiring managers automatically receive interview feedback updates.
Interview Feedback Notification Setup
Go to the Hire module in Keka.
Navigate to Settings > Workflow Automation > Global Workflows.
Look for the workflow labeled Candidate Interview Feedback Submitted.
In the Action column, click the pencil icon to edit the workflow.
Under Recipients, choose Hiring Manager.
(Optional) Customize the message to fit your communication style.
Click Update to save your changes.
Once configured, hiring managers will get notified every time interview feedback is submitted, helping them respond quickly.
