Introduction
During the hiring process, it’s essential for hiring managers to be notified when a new candidate is added to a job. Keka allows you to automatically send notifications to the hiring manager along with other default recipients.
Enable Email Notifications for Hiring Manager:
Click the Global Settings icon at the top right.
Select Communications and then go to the Event Triggers tab.
In the search bar, type Employee Added and click on the (+) icon.
Click on +Add Action trigger and select Send Email.
Under To, select Hiring Manager from the keka user roles list.
This ensures the hiring manager receives an email notification whenever a new candidate is added to the job.
