The Documents section in Keka serves as a secure repository for all employee-related files such as ID proofs, offer letters, certificates, education documents, and past experience records. Admins can easily access and download these documents whenever needed.
To download an employee’s documents:
Go to the Global Search Bar and search for the employee.
Open their profile and click on Documents.
Select the Document Folder you want to access.
Click the three dots next to the document and select View/Update Document.
When the document opens, click the Download icon at the top to save the file.
You can also download documents from the Employee Documents section:
Go to the Org section and click on Documents.
Open Employee Documents.
Go to the Verified Documents tab.
Click the Download icon under the Actions column to save the document.
This allows you to quickly retrieve and store employee documents whenever required.
