- Go to the Global Search Bar in the Keka Portal and search for the employee's name.
- Click on the employee’s name to open their Profile.
- Click on the Time tab, which will redirect you to the Leave tab.
- Scroll down to the Leave History section.
- Click on the 3 dots next to the leave dates that need to be edited, and select Change Leave Dates.
- In the pop-up window, select the New Leave Dates from the calendar.
- Click Confirm to save the changes.
