- Go to Time Attend > Leave.
- Navigate to the Leave Plans tab and select the relevant Leave Plan.
- For the desired leave type, click 3 dots and select update.
- In the Leave Type Settings, go to Leave Application and select Leave Application Rules.
- Scroll down to the checkbox for Prior Notice Needed and check it.
- Enter the number of leave days that require prior notice for both working days and total calendar days.
- Click Save chnages and finish the setup.
This will configure the system to require prior notice for leave applications.
