You can view and manage your organization’s billing and payment information from the billing.keka.com portal. This portal lets you check your current subscription plan, view credit balances, and manage payments for your billing period.
Who Can Access It
Only users designated as Billing Users can access this portal. A billing user can be external to the Keka system (i.e., not an employee in the system).
How to Navigate There (for Global Admins who are also Billing Users)
Go to Global Settings next to your organization’s name.
Select Keka Account & Billing.
Within the Billing section, click on Access Billing Portal.
Once you’re in the billing portal, you’ll find several sections:
Dashboard (shows subscription status, credit balance, plan details)
Invoices (view, download, pay invoices)
History (past payments and transactions)
Users (manage billing portal access)
