In Keka, Posts can be shared on either the Organization wall or the Department wall by admins or employees. Posts allow interaction through likes and comments, helping teams stay connected and informed.
The Organization Wall is located on the main dashboard and displays important updates such as birthdays, work anniversaries, events, posts, polls, and announcements — all in one place for easy engagement and visibility.
Steps to Create a Post
Go to the Home section of the Keka portal.
Click on Dashboard.
Make sure the Post tab is selected.
💡 If you are not an admin, you can directly access the dashboard by clicking on Home.
Creating the Post
Under the Post section, type your message in the text box.
You can enhance your post by:
Mentioning employees using @employee_name
Adding an image
Including emoticons
From the dropdown menu, choose where to share your post:
Organization Wall – visible to everyone in the company.
Department Wall – visible only to employees in that specific department.
Once you’re ready, click Post.
Important Notes
Once a post is published, it cannot be edited — only deleted if necessary.
Posts made on the Department Wall are visible only to employees assigned to that department, and they can react or comment on them.
