During preboarding, you can choose which documents a candidate must submit before hiring. These may include ID proofs, education certificates, and past experience documents, helping the organization verify the candidate’s background.
Follow the steps below to select documents during preboarding:
Go to the Org section in Keka Hire.
Open the Onboarding tab and go to the Preboarding section.
Find the candidate and click Start Preboarding.
On the Start Preboarding page, select the documents you want the candidate to upload.
Click Invite to Portal to send the upload link to the candidate.
The candidate will be moved to the Create Offer stage after the invitation is sent.
Once the candidate submits all required documents, the Hiring Manager can proceed to initiate the offer letter.
