Custom fields allow you to add additional, organization-specific information to employee profiles or job details in Keka. You can configure and define custom fields for various types of data and control permissions for each field.
If you need to bulk upload or update custom fields for multiple employees, here’s how you can do it:
Steps to Bulk Upload/Update Employee Custom Fields
Go to the Org section in the Keka portal.
Click on Dashboard, then navigate to the Summary tab.
Under the Quicklinks section, select Bulk Operations and click on Import Employee Custom Fields.
This will redirect you to the page where you can complete the bulk upload process.

Download the Excel Template
Click on Excel Template to download the template file.
The new Excel sheet will contain placeholders for the custom fields.
Fill in the Template
Add the customized field data in the downloaded Excel sheet.
Upload the File
After filling out the template, click on the Upload Excel File button to upload your updated file to the portal.
