- Go to Time Attend > Leave.
- In the Leave tab, navigate to the Initial Adjustments section.
- Find and click on Import Carryover Balance.
- Upload the relevant Excel sheet containing the carryover leave data.
Important: The system will overwrite the existing balances with the values provided in the import file. It will not add the carryover leave to the previous or existing balances automatically.
This allows you to efficiently manage carryover leave balances for multiple employees at once.
