Navigate to the Org Section:
In your Keka HR Portal, go to the Org section from the left navigation pane.Go to the Org Structure Tab:
Click on the Org Structure tab.-
Add a New Band:
Under the Bands tab, click on Add Band to create a new pay band. Enter Band Details:
In the Add Band window, input the necessary details for the pay band you want to create (e.g., name, salary range, description).-
