- Go to Time Attend > Leave.
- Under Leave Plans, search for the Leave Plan and Leave Type you want to modify.
- Click on Update under Options.
- In the Leave Type Settings, navigate to the Accrual section and then to Extra Leave.
- Find the option "Allow Reporting Managers to grant more leave than accrued balance".
- Enter the number of extra leave days you want to allow in the field "Employees can take ____ leave more than their balance."
- Click Save Changes.
This will increase the employee's available leave balance by the specified number, allowing them to take additional leave up to their annual quota.
