Companies often collaborate with partners to offer helpful tools and resources. To make accessing these sites easier, Keka lets you add Quick Links directly on the homepage—so everything you need is just a click away.
How to Set Up Quick Links
Go to the Home tab
Look for the Quick Access section
Click the gear icon next to it
Add the Quick Links Widget
Click Add on the Quick Links widget
In the Add widget window, click Add for the Quick links widget.
You will see a success message. You can now close the window.
Find the widget you have added and click the gear Icon to add the desired links
Fill in the details:
Name for your link
Web address (URL)
You can also add multiple links
Click Save
The Quick Links widget will now be visible on the homepage under Quick Access, making it easy for employees to navigate to external portals or tools with one click.
