- Go to Time Attend > Shifts/Weekly Offs & Holidays.
- Select the Holidays tab.
- Choose the Holiday List you want to update and click +Add Holiday.
- In the new field, enter the Name of the holiday and select the Date and Year from the calendar.
- Toggle the switch under Optional if you want to mark the holiday as optional.
- Click the Green Tick to save the holiday.
To Bulk Import Holidays:
- Click the 3-dot menu next to +Add Holiday and select Import from Excel.
- In the window, click Excel Template to download the template.
- In the template, enter the Name, Description, and Date of the holiday. Save the file.
- Go back to Keka and click Upload Excel File to upload the file.
- On the Match Columns page, ensure the columns are correctly mapped and click Data.
- On the Preview Data page, if there are no errors, click Complete to add the holiday to the list.
