The Timeline in Keka provides a chronological record of an employee’s key activities and events within the organization. This includes details such as the joining date, probation status changes, project assignments, and more.
Steps to Access the Timeline:
Use the Global Search at the top of the portal to find the employee by name.
Navigate to the employee’s About tab.
Click on the Timeline section.
Here, you’ll see a detailed, date-wise log of all major events related to the employee—from their date of joining to the most recent activity.
This view is helpful for HR teams and managers to track employee progress and organizational interactions over time.
