- Navigate to the Org section of your portal and click on Employees.
- Go to Settings and open the Employee Number section.
- You’ll see the Default Number Series configured. To customize, click the Edit icon under Actions.
- In the Edit Employee Number Series window, modify the Name, Description, Prefix, Digits in Number, and Suffix as needed.
- Provide the Next Number to be assigned to the next employee, and preview the number format.
- Once satisfied, make the Status Active and click Update.
To create a new series
- click on +Add New Series.
- Enter the relevant details, and click Save.
- The new employee numbers will now be automatically generated. You can manually add numbers if necessary.
