- Navigate to Time Attend > Leave.
- Under Leave, go to Leave Plans and select the relevant Leave Plan where you want to make the change.
- Find the Leave Type you wish to restrict and click on the Three Dots next to it, then select Update.
- In the Leave Settings window, click on Leave Application in the first section and scroll down to Leave Application Restrictions.
- Check the option "Prevent employees from viewing and applying for Casual Leave on their own."
- Click Save Changes and exit the page.
Now, employees assigned to this leave plan will not be able to see or apply for this specific leave type.
