Keka records all employee login details, including the login source, IP address, and login time. You can view this information for a specific time range or download a detailed report for analysis or record-keeping.
To View Login History
Go to the Org section.
Select Employees.
Under Logins, click on Login History.
Choose the desired date range to see all employee logins within that timeframe.
You’ll now be able to view login details for each employee, including when and from where they accessed the portal.
To Download the Login History Report
Go to the Org section and open the Dashboard.
Click on Employee Reports.
Scroll down to the Logins section and select Login History.
Choose the Business Unit (mandatory field), along with any other filters you need.
Click Run to generate the report.
Once the report is generated, click the Download icon to export it in your preferred format.
By following these steps, you can easily view and download login activity for all employees within a selected timeframe.
