Employees must register on Keka through an email invitation sent to their work email. If the email fails due to firewall or browser restrictions, you may need to resend the invite. You can do this for a single employee or in bulk.
To resend invite for a single employee:
Search for the employee using the Global Search Bar.
Click Resend Invite.
To resend invites in bulk:
Go to Org → Employees.
Open the Logins tab and click Login Registrations.
Set Login Status to Invited – Not Registered.
Select the employees and click Invite Employee.
