- Go to Time Attend > Leave.
- Under Leave Plan, select the relevant Leave Plan and the Leave Type you want to modify.
- Choose the leave type you wish to adjust, then click on the three dots under Actions and select Update.
- In the Accrual section, go to Accrual Restrictions.
- Check the box for "No leave are accrued when the total leave balance exceeds ______ days".
- Enter the maximum number of leaves an employee can accumulate at any point in time.
- Click Save Changes.
Now, employees whose leave balance equals or exceeds the specified number will not accrue any more leave.
