- Go to Time Attend > Leave.
- Navigate to the Leave Plans tab.
- Select the Leave Plan for which you want to allow employees to apply for leave encashment at any time during the year.
- Click on the three dots and select Update.
- In the Year End Processing section, check the box for Leave encashment is allowed under the Encashment dropdown.
- Set whether encashment is based on the "fixed number of leave balance" or "percentage of leave balance".
- Set the criteria for when leave balance exceeds X days and specify how many days can be encashed.
- Optionally, configure the encashment option with "Allowed before ___th of the month".
- After configuring the required settings, click Save changes.
This will enable leave encashment for employees anytime during the year.
